Administrative Assistant Location: Maywood, NJ.
Candidate must
be proficient in excel and have working knowledge of Microsoft office skills, formulas, creating
spreadsheets, maintenance of large data bases, mass
mailings, support for sales/distributor/accounts
management team, heavy phone use, entering orders and maintaining
trackers in excel, post office
and bank deposits daily. Detail
oriented team player a must. Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Customer Service Representative Location: Maywood, NJ.
Candidate must have
Microsoft office skills, process manufacturer orders,
received EDI, fax, or e-mail and must be entered
into Kenray system daily, invoicing, follow-up with
vendors and clients daily, provide admin support to
management and sales team. Detail
oriented team player a must. Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
